LOAN SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The candidate for this position will provide administrative
assistance and problem solving support to the Consumer Loan
Servicing Department, conduct loan research and complete special
projects within time sensitive deadlines. The candidate for the
position will conduct system maintenance, process incoming mail
requests, setup and review auto payments and analyze data. The
candidate will also be responsible for filing claims, processing
reports and assisting with liens and vendor management.
Requirements for the position include a high school diploma (or
equivalent), strong typing skills, basic computer skills, an
attention to detail and excellent problem solving skills. One year
of consumer real estate loan experience as well as having a good
understanding of various loan products and documentation is
preferred. Late and/or flexible hours may be required.
