Job Description:

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Perform patient outreach to schedule medication deliveries
Handle phone calls and correspondence regarding new patient enrollment
Perform patient care activities to accurately support therapy management programs
Skills and Requirements Include:

Ability to work a schedule from 12:30pm-9pm with rotating weekends
High school diploma or GED
Customer service or inbound call center experience
A knowledgeable individual with appropriate industry experience
Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays pursuant with industry demands
Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs
