Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed 9am -12pm & Thu 9am-4pm with lunch break 12pm-1pm & attend vestry meeting 2nd Tuesday of the month 5:45pm-7pm (take notes)

The Parish Administrator is a ministry and administrative professional who directly reports to the Rector (and indirectly to the Senior Warden) and assists with the overall management of the parish's ministry. The Parish Administrator must be a reliable, detail-oriented, organized, creative, and effective leader. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing tasks while working with little supervision, they will be self-motivated and trustworthy and maintain absolute confidentiality. The primary function of the Parish Administrator is to keep the daily operations of the parish office, in coordination with the Rector, the staff, and other responsible parties of the parish. Though the position is primarily administrative in nature, it is nevertheless an integral part of the mission and ministry of Grace Episcopal Church.

Technical: Knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
