Lead Teacher Pre-School Job Description:
TOP Early Learning Center is looking for fun loving, happy, year around Lead Teacher at TOP North 2330 N. Opportunity Drive, Wichita, KS.
We are also looking for non-licensed Lead Teachers for our transition classrooms, and our other pre-k classrooms at all locations!

Below are some highlights from the Lead Teachers job description,

• 
  
• Complete weekly lesson plans in accordance with our C4L curriculum guidelines.
  
• Create individual education and guidance plans for the children in your classroom that are developmentally appropriate.
  
• Communicate with parents/caregivers via our parent engagement application.
  
• Ensure CACFP point of service meal counts are entered via Child Plus software.
  
• Administer pre- and post-test assessments. Using assessment data to formulate instruction to meet children's individual needs.
  
• Ensure identified student outcomes are met.
  
• Conduct all parent teacher conferences.
  
• Have fun teaching your kids and watch them learn and grow!
