Job Description:

A company is looking for a Data, Analytics & Insights Master Data Governance professional.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain a strong foundation for the Reporting & Analytics team to develop and modify reports, dashboards, and analytics products
Perform data stewardship and data governance to ensure the quality and security of data used by the Reporting & Analytics team
Activate data privacy measures and data security protocols for the data being utilized

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience in data management in HR
5+ years of HR information systems experience
Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and data usage
Expertise in HR systems such as Workday and SAP HCM
