Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organization Effectiveness Lead to
optimize organizational effectiveness and manage change
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with
organizational goals
Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals,
fostering a collaborative environment
Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of change
initiatives and conduct post-implementation reviews
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational
Development, Human Resources, or a related field
5+ years of experience in change management or organizational
development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives in
complex environments
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and
tools
Proficiency in change management software and tools
