A very large prestigious Distribution Company is looking for an individual for their Warehouse - Making sure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time and with the proper certifications required by customers. Essential Functions may include the following but are not limited to:

• 
  
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  
• Proactively manages inventory and makes recommendations regarding stocking levels, reorder points, products to drop and liquidation due to slow movement, with the objective of having a low Out-of-Stock rate and low inventory obsolescence losses.
  
• Check inventory for in-stock orders and place special orders.
  
• Assist with stock inventory management when called upon through counts, reorders and sales activity or lack thereof.
  
• Fulfill shelf stock samples orders timely and accurately.
  
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, sort, label, store).
  
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
  
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
  
• Complete logs into inventory.
  
• Report discrepancies to supervisor/management.
  
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment.
  
  Job Requirements:
  • 
    
  • High school education or equivalent.
    
  • Must understand and utilize standardized operations process.
    
  • Must display strong listening and reading skills when dealing with sales team in order to fully understand their needs.
    
  • Communicate orally and in written form in a clear, professional manner with appropriate demeanor; use proper etiquette in person and over the phone.
    
  • Maintain a sense of urgency to perform the essential functions of the job on a timely basis.
    
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with frequent interruptions.
