Description:1st shift: 5am-3:30pm (4-10's, will most likely be working Friday's for while as well but probably only 8 hours)Industrial maintenancePrefer contract to hire: 6 months to hire$22-25/hr BOE Qualifiers:-installs/repairs-check fuses/check motors-Electrical up to 110V is acceptable-phase to phase electrical experience-belly washers and dryers-they are laundromat essentially for hospitals-they are industrial machines-small circuits-troubleshooting-industrial maintenance background prefer 7 years but will entertain 3-5 if it's recent and solid-will need to be able to run conduit-fabrication and welding isn't necessary for this role-they don't do this they outsource it-mechanical inclination is important someone that knows how to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix-top 3 skills -machine repairs -preventative maintenance (they do about 350 yearly so it's a huge part of the job)almost 1 per day on something -hydraulics/pneumatics/basic plc's-if they have boiler experience in maintenance that is huge-not required-if they have worked in a foundry that is also another industry they will be great with -NOT CLIMATE CONTROLLED (does get hot in summer, cold in winters)Benefits-they offer medical through united healthcare once perm, 5 PTO days year 1, 10 year 3, 15 year 6, holidays paid and off Thanksgiving and Christmas-other holidays they work like 4th of July, Memorial, Labor they automatically get paid 1.5x entire day. They do offer a 401K match once perm.
