Let me Show You... What Sets Us Apart From The Rest: #1 - Base Weekly Salary Pay! Earn a Base Weekly Salary up to $2,260 and no less than $1,460 per week for a solo driver. $2,515 to $4,061 for team drivers.
Never make less than $73,000 annually, with the ability to make so much more! And our Drivers do...
No more paycheck guesswork! Plus, loyalty pay earned on day one and up to 5.5 cents per mile.
New Hire Pay- $1,250 after the successful completion of orientation.

#2 - TRANSITION PAY Yes, we do hire drivers that don't know how to pull a flatbed yet!
When you're learning to flatbed, or the ways of COTC, we've got you covered! In the first 90 days, earn an extra 3 cpm, on all miles driven on top of your salary!
For all miles driven from 7 months to 9 months, you will earn an extra 2 CPM on top of your salary!
Bet the President Program- The President of our company is willing to be that you will make more money in your first 6 months at COTC than the last 6 months at your previous employer, or I will pay you $3500 !
