Overview
As our Biomedical Technician (BMET) at St. Catherine Hospital in
Dodge City, KS, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between
Catholic Health Initiative and Dignity Health, you'll support
patient care by assuring important medical equipment working
properly and accurately. This role allows for health care teams to
confidently leverage diagnostic equipment when needed because of
the work you do through a combination of Preventative Maintenance
(PM) and equipment repairs. - -You'll be working in a hospital
where you can expect to encounter patients and clinicians. Your
focus day-to-day can vary depending on equipment priorities, but
your best days end with all of your maintenance tickets resolved
and preventative maintenance checklists completed. Your success as

Responsibilities
Under general supervision, this position provides medical equipment
repair and maintenance, performing substantial maintenance, safety
testing and routine repairs in a healthcare environment. - Drives
satisfaction through service excellence.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical
or Mechanical Engineering or related field, equivalent military
education, graduate of technical program, or equivalent training
validated through training certificates, or equivalent experience.
- -EXPERIENCE:A minimum of 1 years' experience servicing technical
