Job Title: Application Support Analyst (Entry/Mid-Level)

Job Description:

We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and testing for various software applications. The candidate will be responsible for responding to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner, researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying potential solutions for resolving issues, prioritizing and managing multiple open issues, and documenting steps and progression from issue to resolution.

Responsibilities:

---Provide technical support for multiple application systems ---Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner ---Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions for resolving issues ---Prioritize and manage multiple open issues ---Document steps and progression from issue to resolution

Required Experience and Skills:

---Verbal/written communication ---Customer service, empathy, and patience ---Critical thinking and problem-solving ---Knowledge/use of issue tracking systems (DevOps, JIRA, etc.) ---Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) ---Understanding of Project Management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) ---Microsoft SQL query writing and data analytics

Our current supported applications include:

---Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 ---Microsoft SQL, DevOps and SharePoint ---Other applications using .Net, Blazor for web, etc.

Job Type and Location:

---Full-time, Sterling KS

Required Education:

---Bachelor's Degree or minimum 1 year of related work experience
