Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Analyst,
Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop understanding of customer digital media workflows to
enhance customer experience
Contribute to customer account planning and identify adoption
risks
Document feature requests, work cross-functionally on product
roadmap recommendations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
Educational or professional experience in digital media
management
Experience with Ad Serving, Programmatic buying, SEO, and Social
platforms
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; Salesforce, Zendesk,
Jira, Smartsheet experience a plus
Advertising technology or Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
preferred
