Job Description:
What You'll Do Our Executive Risk Solutions (ERS) practice group
is seeking a Senior Broker to join our team in Denver, CO. This
group is a world-class team of professionals focused on providing
thoughtful advice, a unique legal perspective, a broad range of
executive risk insurance solutions, and excellent service to our
valued clients. ERS professionals have deep experience handling
complex executive risk exposures (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime,
Cyber) for a variety of clients from pre-IPO start-ups to
multi-billion dollar corporations. Responsibilities for this role
include, but are not limited to: Responsible for marketing,
negotiation and placement of new and renewal business to include
the preparation of submissions, market searches, presentations to
underwriters, and communications to service team members including
Account Executives and Producers Analysis of contracts and
financial statements as needed Preparation of proposals Assist
Producers and Account Executives in sale of accounts to include
possible fact-finding trips to Insured's location, preparation of
proposal, and guidance on coverage Speak with customers and
internal service teams to coordinate accounts as necessary Ongoing
servicing of ERS placements throughout the policy term including
addressing coverage questions Maintain organized account files with
proper documentation, file construction and integrity as required
by IMA standards Claims advocacy as needed on non-complex claims
Ability to read and understand the basic components of a financial
statement and the details of an organizational chart Knowledge of
the ERS work-flows and responsibilities Maintain EPIC integrity of
data in accordance with work-flow Support and demonstrate IMA's
core values Value and understand the importance of diversity,
equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates You Should Have:
Minimum 4+ years of experience in Executive Risk or Management
Liability strongly preferred Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
required Property & Casualty License required Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree preferred Technical
education development (Management Liability Specific classes,
designations, etc.) strongly preferred This Job Description is not

- $104,000.00. While this is the targeted range, final offer
amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the
candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and
