Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: Engage with homeowners to assess storm damage and provide expert advice on restoration solutions. Guide clients through the insurance claims process, ensuring they understand each step and feel supported. Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify potential issues and recommend appropriate actions. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that meet and exceed sales targets. Stay informed about industry trends and innovations to offer the best solutions to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business. Prepare and present detailed proposals that clearly outline the benefits of our services to homeowners. Qualifications: Experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction or restoration industry. Ability to conduct thorough roof inspections and accurately assess storm damage. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication skills to effectively guide homeowners through the insurance claims process.
