Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide specialized nursing care to
residents in long-term care settings, focusing on managing chronic
conditions, promoting quality of life, and ensuring the overall
well-being of elderly or chronically ill patients. Key
Responsibilities: Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct
comprehensive assessments of residents' health status, including

emotional needs. Medication Administration and Management:

Education: Educate residents and their families about health

Offer emotional support and advocacy for residents, addressing
