Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Enid, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/24/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Enid, Oklahoma, 73701! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: 2 years of recent PACU experience required, with experience in Phase 1 PACU. License: Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the required state. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required. CPAN, TNCC, and CCRN highly desirable. Must-Have: Ability to think critically and work independently. Description: Monitor post-operative patients' levels of recovery and consciousness from anesthesia. Provide updates to the medical team as needed. Obtain and record patients' vital signs. Observe patients for signs of side effects of anesthesia medication. Treat pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms of anesthesia. Administer medication as prescribed. Update charting and patient files in the electronic medical record (EMR). Educate patients and their families on post-surgery care.
