Health Pay: $37 to $45 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x
8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Permanent (Full Time)
Relocation Allowance: Up to $5,000 (will be discussed further
during interview) Pay Rate: $36.60 - $45.00/Hourly. (based on
education and experience) Summary: This position is responsible for
the provision of occupational therapy services for those patients
primarily ages 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development (ICD)
program who demonstrate delays or deficits in activities of daily
living (including play), neuromuscular, sensory-intergrative,
cognitive, or psychosocial abilities. Plans, organizes and
implements occupational therapy services for patients and families
in the ICD program including comprehensive assessment, development
of treatment plan, delivery and documentation of service,
education, consultation, and discharge/transition planning.
Responsibilities: Conducting physical and psychological assessments
of clients and developing or following a treatment plan. Assessing
home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments
are needed. Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with
daily activities. Developing physical rehabilitation programs to
help clients regain lost skills. Preparing clients for a return to
work. Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient
care. Requirements Requirements: Bachelors of Science Degree in
Occupational Therapy Required. One year of experience in pediatric
occupational therapy preferred Preferred. Kansas Occupational
Therapy License Required. Valid Kansas Driver’s License Required.
