OpportunityLocated in Hutchinson, KansasPosition Overview:We are
seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Occupational Medicine
Physician to join our expanding, physician-owned multi-specialty
group in Hutchinson, Kansas. This full-time, outpatient-only
position offers a 4.5-day workweek, a salary guarantee with a
sign-on bonus, and an 18-month track to partnership/stockholder
status.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive occupational
health services, including work-related injury care, employment
exams, surveillance physicals, drug and alcohol testing.Collaborate
with a team of over 100 providers across more than 30 clinical
departments.Utilize state-of-the-art facilities, including an
onsite ambulatory surgery center, certified endoscopy center, and
advanced imaging services such as MRI, CT, and PET
scans.Participate in a partnership track program with a salary
guarantee for the first 18 months.Engage in community outreach and
health education initiatives.Qualifications:Board Certified or
Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine.Proficiency in providing
comprehensive occupational health services.Strong communication and
interpersonal skills.Commitment to providing compassionate patient
