Lead the clinical response for patients in acute distress by
implementing and adapting care plans that prioritize life-saving
interventions and stabilizing outcomes. - Orchestrate the
multidisciplinary team as the primary care coordinator, ensuring
every specialist and department works in perfect sync to provide
seamless, rapid patient care. - Advocate for patient safety by
continuously monitoring and communicating critical changes in
condition to the medical team, ensuring immediate action when every
second counts. - Drive the path to recovery by accurately executing
complex physician orders and clinical protocols with precision and
clinical expertise. - Navigate the patient’s transition by
collaborating with the healthcare team to design and execute
effective discharge or admission plans that ensure long-term
stability and support. What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: - Advanced Life Support
obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer
date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted. - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire
date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or
American Red Cross accepted. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer
date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross
accepted. - Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas
Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
required. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of
nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
